The operator of the solder paste printer sets the printing pressure to 0.1-0.3kg/cm long. In general, it is set to 0.1-0.3kg/cm length. Too little printing pressure will make the amount of solder paste on FPC insufficient, while too much pressure will make the solder paste too thin, and increase the possibility that the solder paste will pollute the reverse side of the metal leakage plate and the surface of FPC. In this way, the printing effect is relatively uniform, and there will not be too much pressure to make the solder paste print too thin, which also avoids the possibility of side leakage in the printing process.

Type and hardness of scraper of solder paste printing machine

For the selection of solder paste printing scraper, the technical scraper is recommended, because its flatness, hardness and thickness are very stable and constant, so as to maintain better printing quality. The scraper of solder paste printing machine is one of the important matters needing attention in the use of solder paste printing machine. Because the scraper is directly in the printing operation, it is necessary to ensure the distance between the scraper and FPC during printing. Generally, the included angle is between 60 and 75. If the included angle is too large or too small, it will affect the effect of final printing.

Precautions for adding solder paste when using solder paste printer

1. When adding solder paste to the solder paste printer, the amount of tin at all parts of the solder paste rolling bar shall be uniform;

2. Proper amount of solder paste should be added, not too much. The diameter of solder paste rolling bar should be between 15mm and 20mm;

3. In the process of screen printing of solder paste printing machine, the solder paste squeezed outside the two sides of the scraper should be regularly sorted out.

4. When the solder paste is placed on the screen of the solder paste printer for more than 30 minutes and is not used, the solder paste shall be scooped up with a shovel and mixed before use. If the interval is long, the solder paste shall be put back into the tank and the bottle cap shall be tightly closed. It shall also be stirred for reuse.

Safety precautions for using solder paste printer

1. Try not to turn on the cover during the operation of the solder paste printing machine, especially when the screen plate is to be wiped immediately after the machine is printed;

2. When blowing the screen board of the solder paste printing machine with an air gun, the operator shall take out the screen board to blow, so as to avoid the tin powder falling into the machine and causing circuit or other problems;

3. When leveling the solder paste printer, clean the screen and scraper, and don't stick the solder paste on the tactile sensor.
