1、 Check and clean the steel mesh of the automatic solder paste printer

Check the position of steel mesh formwork: check whether the locking cylinder shift fixing the position of steel mesh formwork is loose; Check whether the stop for fixing the steel mesh formwork is loose.

Template cleaning: the residual solder paste in and around the template will affect the paste, precipitation, thickness of welding flux and the quality of machine printing. Timely cleaning of the template is a necessary condition to ensure accurate printing. Every time a certain number of PCB boards are printed on the template (depending on the use situation, generally every 1 ~ 3 PCB boards with a fine spacing of 0.3mm are printed), clean them once to remove the attachments at the bottom of the template. If it is not cleaned in time, the template window is easy to be blocked by solder paste, affecting the printing quality; Cleaning includes automatic dry cleaning, wet cleaning and vacuum cleaning. Wiping roll paper is used for cleaning tools, and industrial alcohol is recommended for cleaning solution; During automatic cleaning, the liquid level of cleaning liquid is displayed according to the liquid level switch in alcohol. When the liquid level of cleaning liquid is at the liquid level switch, the system will give an alarm and display the cause of the alarm. At this time, industrial alcohol should be filled into the alcohol box. Alcohol injection method: the air source switch at the lower left side of the full-automatic solder paste printer; Open the cover of the machine and the cover of the alcohol tank; Inject cleaning solution; Fill the back cover of the alcohol tank, close the back cover; Turn on the air supply again.

2、 Maintenance of printing part of full-automatic large-size solder paste printing machine

Check whether there is solder paste residue on the printing workbench; Use a clean cotton cloth with a little alcohol to do the necessary cleaning; Check whether there is solder paste residue on the transmission system and positioning and clamping parts; Remove the cover plate around the workbench and clean the linear guide rail of the guide rod machine with clean cotton cloth; Lubricate the linear guide rail of guide rod machine with NSK guide rail and special lubricating oil for screw rod; Clean the sensor with cotton cloth dipped with a little alcohol; Adjust the timing belt in the X and Y directions if necessary.

3、 Maintenance of scraper system of automatic solder paste printing machine

Open the front cover of the automatic solder paste printer; Move the scraper beam to a suitable position, loosen the screw on the scraper head and remove the scraper pressing plate; Loosen the screw on the scraper pressing plate and remove the scraper blade; Use cotton cloth to stand a little alcohol and clean the scraper pressing plate and scraper blade; Reinstall the scraper blade pressing plate and scraper blade on the scraper head; If the scraper blade is seriously worn, replace it.

4、 Maintenance of pneumatic control system of automatic solder paste printer

Open the back cover before the full-automatic solder paste printer works; Check whether the air filter works normally (screw the nut at the lower end of the water partition and check whether there are water drops); Check all pneumatic components and pipelines for air leakage; Check and adjust the pressure on the pressure gauge according to the gas circuit schematic diagram until the pressure load is required.
